Approximate cost per Week: $175 for 2-seater; $275 for 4-seater. Approximate cost per Month: $550 for 2-seater; $875 for 4-seater.
TWO VILLAGE RESIDENT ID's: Simply go to Brownwood Sales Center and show your Driver's License at the desk to pick up your two Village Resident ID's. The Village Resident ID gives you free access to over 100 pools, all recreation centers and over 40 executive golf courses. Championship golf courses are an additional fee. If you have additional guests, complete form at the sales center to receive Guest IDs.
10 MINUTE WALK TO EASTPORT or 3 MINUTE GOLF CART RIDE. Eastport is the newest Villages Town Center that has everything the other town squares have and much more. There is a variety of entertainment, shopping, and dining options along the waterfront.
The Olympia Recreation Center has gymnasium for indoor pickleball, basketball, volleyball and rock-climbing wall.

RENTAL POLICIES: No smoking or vaping in the home or on the premises.
Each person staying in the home must be listed on the lease agreement and there should be no more than 4 guests without advance approval.
Lost gate passes, need for deep cleaning, noise or property complaints, repair cost to damaged or missing items will result in extra cost.
Please close windows and doors if A/C is running to keep utility costs down. No refunds for early departures.
The Villages is a 55+ community, primary renter must be 35+. Guests under the age of 19 are permitted for 30 days maximum.
TRAVEL/TRIP INSURANCE IS ENCOURAGED. Guests are able to check in at 4:00 PM, check out by 10:00 AM.
Cancellation Policy: a) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement more than sixty (60) days from the Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Owner is able to re-rent the Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Owner will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $250 (or 10%), whichever is greater.
b) There are no cancellations permitted within 59 days of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited. Failure to pay the Final Payment on or before due date will be considered a cancellation under this subparagraph and will result in forfeiture of the Reservation deposit and cancellation of the reservation.
