Our oversized corner lot location boasts privacy and has a screened lanai that is furnished with a table/4 chairs, outdoor sofa seating, rocking chairs, and an outdoor carpet for your comfort where you can enjoy your morning coffee, meals, and pure relaxation. Golf, pools, recreation centers with all their activities, music, and dancing in any of the town squares are close by as evening arrives. Amelia, Mallory Square and Hadley pools are less than one mile away. You also have access to over 40 executive golf courses and several nearby championship golf courses, pickleball, tennis, bocci, horseshoes, shuffleboard, movie theater, restaurants, shopping, billiards as well as so many other activities and over 3,000 clubs The Villages has to offer. We are in the middle of it all nestled between 466 and 466A! And ceiling fans are in every room. Conveniently situated close to Lake Sumter Landing, Brownwood, and Spanish Springs squares.

We also provide pool towels, a cooler, floaties, pool bag, stadium chairs to make your stay more enjoyable. We also offer a starter supply of household items you may need before you can get to the store.

The master bedroom: Is equipped with a new king bed, Omnivision TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, an additional slider from the bedroom out to the lanai for added sunshine and natural light. Armoire, nightstands, 37 TV, ceiling fan, lamps, alarm clock, blow-dryer, as well as a spacious walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom/shower. Designer fluffy towels for you to enjoy after your shower at the end of your fun day. Soft cotton bedding, quilts, and throws.

The guest room: Is furnished with a queen size bed, 43 TV with remote and Omnivision TV, overhead ceiling fan, armoire, dresser, nightstand, lamps, closet. Fluffy towels for you to enjoy after your shower at the end of the day. Soft cotton bedding, quilts and throws.

We have an open floor plan between the living room, dining room, and kitchen with high ceilings!

The living room: High ceilings. Offers you a comfortable sofa and love seat along with an electric recliner, 65 Omnivision TV, radio, lamps and an overhead ceiling fan with wood look flooring. Board and card games for the days or evenings you choose to spend at home.

The dining room: Table/seating for 4, server, radio for entertainment, perfectly situated in front of slider out to the lanai for an open feel and natural light.

The kitchen: Is furnished with 3 bar stools. Fully equipped offering pots/pans, new refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, stand mixer, hand mixer, croc pot, Keurig, electric tea kettle, Tupperware, Pyrex, tableware, toaster, bakeware, hand towels, dishes/glasses, serving wear, and utensils. As well as separate dishes and furnishings for eating outside also. A fire extinguisher is also provided in in case of an emergency.

The lanai: Fully screened, 32 TV with Omnivision TV, overhead fan, rockers, sofa chairs, table and seating for 4, outdoor carpet to relax and enjoy evening downtime.

Our home is available year-round and the off seasons of May to November are a great time to rent in The Villages where you can enjoy all the same activities at lower rates.

Included: Utilities, wireless internet, Omnivision TV, trash pick-up, lawn service, weeding, pest control.
