Primary bedroom: Is equipped with a new king bed, 37" TV with streaming service, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, an additional slider from the bedroom out to the lanai for added sunshine and natural light. Armoire, nightstands, ceiling fan, lamps, alarm clock, blow-dryer, as well as a spacious walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom/shower. Fluffy towels for you to enjoy after your shower at the end of your fun day. Soft cotton bedding, quilts, and throws.

Living room: Offers you a comfortable sofa and love seat along with an electric recliner, 55" TV w/ streaming service to watch your favorite movies and shows, radio, lamps and an overhead ceiling fan with luxury plank vinyl flooring. Board and card games for the days or evenings you choose to relax at home.

Kitchen: Furnished with a NEW Refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, NEW Dishwasher, NEW stove, NEW Microwave and 3 stools.
