This very spacious villa is PET and SMOKE free for the benefit and comfort of our guests. Please no PETS, SMOKING or VAPING on the premises.

Cleaning:
The villa will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
every 30 days. We do rent for 2 OR 3 months together! At the end of each month, cleaning will be done.

$1000.00 security/deposit due within 7 days of booking > Monthly rent is due (3 months) prior to arrival date.<

NOTE: Your deposit (minus the $250.00 cleaning fee and $50.00 Vlgs. I.D. fee) will be returned within a week after inspection of the villa showing no damage.

The Villages $50.00 I.D. allows you to golf on any of the 44 Executive courses ($4.00 fee) OR any 14 Championship courses (extra fee) along with entrance to pools, movies, shows and rec. centers.

Rental Policy:
Rental price is based on 4 adult occupants. All visitors staying in the villa must be disclosed.

Property taxes, utilities, TV, TRASH (PUT TRASH BAGS OUT TO CURB EVERY SUNDAY NIGHT), and lawn service are included.

Check in time is 3:00 P.M. OR sooner if villa is ready.
Check out is 10:00 A.M. on the >LAST DAY< of the month.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
