You'll find the Village of St. Catherine located right in the center of a variety of exciting activities residents have the opportunity to experience. This Village is adjacent to the Aviary Recreation Center & conveniently located just around the corner from all the action of Sawgrass Market. This up-and-coming area boasts an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment venues including the Clifton Putting Course, McGrady's Pub, and Ezell Regional Recreation Complex. Neighbors can also enjoy the Southern Oaks Champion Golf Course, 18 holes of challenging championship golf, just a golf car ride to the northern end of this Village. After a day out golfing, stop by the St. Catherine Recreation Center for a relaxing dip in the adult pool or enjoy a friendly match of shuffleboard, corn toss or bocce ball.

Services included in your rent:
Property taxes, water, trash, lawn service, pest control, and all utilities are included.

Rental Policy:
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$125.00 Cleaning Fee on any stay longer than 5 days.
- 25% of total rent, plus a $500 security deposit and signed lease/ rental agreement due within 7 days of booking.
- The remaining rent must be paid in full at least 60 days before the rental period begins.
- For bookings within 60 days of the rental period, 100% of rent and fees (security deposit and cleaning fee) must be paid within 7 days of booking.

Rental/ Lease Agreement:
Renters must sign a lease agreement within 7 days of booking. A cleaning fee of $125 will be charged for every tenancy. The security deposit will be refunded, less any charges, within 14 days of inspection.

If you need to Cancel:
- Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded, less a $500 processing fee.
- Cancellations made 60 days before the start of the lease will receive a 50% refund of the reservation deposit.
- Cancellations made 45 days or less before the start of the lease will forfeit the entire amount paid unless the property is re-rented under the same of better terms and conditions. You will receive a refund less a Processing Fee of $550.
-Once a renter has moved in there will be no refunded payments.

If there are Lost Items:
If keys to the home, gate passes, or garage remotes are lost, a charge of $50 per item will apply.

No reservation is binding until funds are received.

Villages ID and Liability:
If you choose, you may apply for a $50 Villages ID (for 2 people). The temporary ID grants you access to all amenities and activities of The Villages.

Please observe quiet time after 11 pm. No loud parties, smoking, or vaping inside the house, garage, or lanai. Evidence of smoking may result in withholding of the security deposit.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
