Payments & Fees:
Deposit: 50% rental due within 24 hours of booking
60 Days Before Check-in: Cleaning Fee: $200 + 7% tax (applies to rental & cleaning fee) + $1,000 security/damage deposit
Payment Methods: VENMO (free), ACH (1% fee), Credit Cards (3% fee)

Cancellation Policy:
90+ days before check-in: Full refund
61-89 days before check-in: Refund only if re-rented (minus 15% admin fee)
60 days or less: No refund
Travel Insurance Recommended (e.g., Travel Guard, Allianz)
