The home is an open floor plan. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom newly furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Living room and Florida room are furnished to compliment each other with 70in TVs. The master bedroom/suite has a king size bed and reading corner, also with a 65in TV. The suite has a walk in shower and a walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has similar furnishings as the master but with a queen size bed. The 3rd room is set up as an office with a queen sofa bed (sleeps 2). All rooms have TVs. The shared bathroom is between the guest rooms with a tub/shower combo. Each room is spacious.
Outside includes a cozy front porch to greet you to an airy peaceful patio on the back. Hi speed WiFi available, Smart TV and RoKu ( bring your passwords).
Brand NEW Maverick Evolution 4 seat forward electric golf cart.

High Season (December to March) - $3500
Medium Season (April/May & Oct/Nov) - $2900
Low Season (June to September) - $2300

Security deposit - $2000. (within 7 days of signing contract)
Security fee will be refunded within 30 days at the end of stay, if no damage/loss exists to unit or its contents.

Short term: 50% of the rent and security fee (includes cleaning fee) is due with the signed lease within 7 days. The balance of the rent is due 90 days from arrival months rent due upon contract signing to hold reservation. See cancellation policy below.

No SUB-LEASING of any kind permitted.
Cancellation policy - If cancellation occurs after final payment, rental funds are nonrefundable unless Landlord is able to re-rent home to another tenant for the period set forth in the lease agreement. Trip insurance is an advisable option for tenant.

Mail box is included for usage.
