Rental Policy

At time of Reservation/booking:

$1,000 damage/security deposit due at time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

A $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit. (Our home is professionaly cleaned after each rental)

A $50.00 Lifestyle ID fee can be paid at time of pick up at the Sumter Landing sales and information center.

90 Days Prior of Reservation:

50% of rental is due.

Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. If check-in date is less than 30 days of booking, 100% of rent is due at time of reservation.

June..........$2,000/month (or $750/week, 2 wk min)

July...........$2,000/month (or $750/week, 2 wk min)

August......$2,000/month (or $750/week, 2 wk min)

November, December........$2,800/month

All taxes, utilities, internet, trash, and lawn service are included.

**All quoted rent and fees are based on 1-2 person occupancy**


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
