As you walk from the living room out onto the lanai you will think you have landed in your own slice of jungle paradise, except this paradise does come equipped with a 55 TV on a pull-out swivel stand so it can be viewed from the couch, tiki bar and a hot tub, suitable for 4-5. Overhead lighting creates a beautiful relaxing setting for game night on either the outdoor dining room style table, seats-6 or the professional gaming table, seats-8, if cards are more your forte.

Want to check in on your favorite sports team, cooking channel, or settling in for a good movie, we offer a large 77 flat screen, bringing all the action right into your living room. Of course, high-speed internet and various streaming services available.

Want to have sit down dinner with some friends and family, the formal dinner room seats 6-8, while you can enjoy a light meal at the kitchen table, seats 4 comfortably. The Kitchen boasts plenty of counter space, and endless cabinets. Standard full set of appliances, gas stove, plus a coffee machine that specializes in Lattes. We also have a small 30 TV near the kitchen counter, just in case you need to tune into your favor cooking show to try that new receipt. We also included a second full size refrigerator to hold everyone's favorite beverages, its located across from the kitchen in the laundry room. Remember to check it out when you check in, because we have left some relaxing beverages, waiting for you to start your vacation off on the right foot.

Bedroom's, we have three, each with elegant decor. All with new mattresses & box springs, two queen beds and a king bed in the master suite. Each with oversized closets and ample draw space. So, invite the kids, or grandchildren down there is plenty of room for everyone. The master Suite has a sliding door entrance to the lanai, huge walk-in closet, double sink bathroom and zero edge shower.

If you haven't yet picked up on it, as your host, I'm all about making things easy and relaxing to all of my guests. You're not renting a house from an absentee owner or management company, I'm easily accessible, I also have the house across the street, where I take care of my parents.

It's important to me that your vacation experience be the best that it can be, this is why I have created a welcome pack that helps you get acclimated to the Villages lifestyle if this is your first visit. It also highlights some suggestions of unique activities in the area based on your likes & preferences.
