The Villages are centrally located in Florida so Daytona Beach, Tampa Bay, Disney World and Universal Studios is only an hour and a half away.

You will have access to all (107) the Recreation Centers throughout the Villages, neighborhood pools, family pools and sports pools (over 100). Live entertainment at the squares (3 squares) every evening. We have a lot of restaurants, and shopping within a golf cart away.

Cancellation Policy: If reservation is cancelled prior to 90 days of arrival date, security deposit and any rental funds paid will be refunded minus a $500 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled 90 days or less from the arrival date, you are subject to 100% forfeiture of rental funds and or security deposit. The home will be released and we will make every effort to re-rent the home and refund as much as possible of the rental funds already paid. Cancellation of any part of your reservation will cancel the entire reservation.

Rental Policy:
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
Minimum Rental: weekly, two weeks and/or monthly
$175 Cleaning Fee
Non-Refundable Booking Fee - $300
*Optional temporary resident identification cards (for two) are available for $50.00 (Guest passes are free).
*$750 refundable security deposit, which will be refunded within 14 days after the lease ends, assuming there are no damages and/or repairs needed.

Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
