Rental Policy:
$1,500 Deposit due at booking together with half the rent. Balance 60 days before occupancy. Lease to be signed as well as golf cart liability waiver.
Minimum 2 month term January and February / OR March and April / OR 3 month term January-March.
$250 Cleaning Fee
Additional $50 pet cleaning fee.
Additional 7% Florida tax to be paid by tenant.
Optional Lifestyle IDs (2) for $50 for one month or longer terms
