CANCELLATION POLICY
1. 100% refund if cancelled 60 days or more prior to reservation check-in date
2. For cancellations within 60 days from reservation check-in date, funds are non-refundable, unless owner is able to re-rent for same dates and rent.
3. Travel insurance is highly recommended, mindful of the above
TO RESERVE
1. Renter agrees to sign lease agreement and pay deposit of 50% of rent within 7 days of signing and submitting signed lease agreement
2. The remaining 50% rent plus security deposits, taxes are due 60 days prior to check-in date
3. If booking is made less than 60 days prior to occupancy, then 100% of rent, taxes, cleaning and refundable security deposit is due
4. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure, pending clear inspection of the home
Mailbox access is not provided; however, a P.O. box can be rented at the nearby following locations; The UPS Store, Lake Deaton Postal Station or Hillsborough Postal Station.
