Tenants are responsible for their own renters insurance covering their personal property and liabilities; credit worthiness and proof of insurance to be provided to the landlord. You must purchase a temporary Villages resident ID for $50. The security deposit minus a $250 mandatory cleaning fee will be returned within 30 days of end of lease providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear.
