$150 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from $1,000 refundable Deposit.
No Smoking inside house or garage.
Owner has reserved lock-away areas for personal storage. Cancellation Policy, 30 days prior to booking no refund.


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
No cats, extra $500-1,000 penalty.
No dogs larger than 20 pounds, extra as above.
No smoking inside property, extra as above.
