The Sanibel community pool is within walking distance from the house. Only a few minutes golf cart ride to Brownwood Square, Lake Sumter Landing, Bonifay & Evans Prairie Country Clubs, Sarasota Golf Academy & Aqua Range, Publix, Walmart etc. Sanibel location is perfect for quick access to an abundance of amenities and entertainment.

Rental Policy:
-50% total rent, security deposit ($1,000) and cleaning fee ($225) are due within 7 days of booking.
-The remaining rent balance plus 7% tax is due 45 days prior to occupancy.
-Rent does NOT include the security deposit ($1,000), cleaning fee ($225), 6% FL tax or 1% Sumter County tax which are additional fees.
-Rental period is negotiable. Weekly, monthly, multiple months or annual rental lease will be considered.
-Check in is as 4:00pm and check out is 11:00 am on last day of month.

Two Guest Passes

The guest pass included with the rental gives access to recreation centers, pools, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, billiards, archery, bocce ball, horseshoes and over 3,000 clubs and activities/recreation centers and pools. You have the option to obtain a temporary ID for a fee ($50) which would give you full access to all residential amenities including golf at the Executive courses. If you choose, these passes can be purchased at the Brownwood sales office upon your arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

TOTAL refund (Deposit and monthly payment) ONLY if villa can be rented for the same time period and terms. NO other penalty or rebooking fee will be charged .

$1000.00 security/deposit due within 7 days of booking >< Monthly rent is due (4 months) prior to arrival date.

NOTE: Your deposit (minus the $225.00 cleaning fee and $50.00 Vlgs. I.D. fee) will be returned within a week after inspection of the home showing no damage.
