We are only a five-minute drive to Lake Sumter Landing, plus there are all of the grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, banks and shopping you will need on CR466, literally just minutes away, either by car or golf cart. Golfing opportunities everywhere as well as tennis, pickleball, swimming and more.

This delightful villa has everything you need to make your stay in The Villages a wonderful experience. The open floor plan gives a feeling of a light and airy space that welcomes you as soon as you walk in. This fully furnished home comes complete with washer/dryer, two HD Televisions, a DVD player, and WIFI. Master has a new king bedroom set - including a new mattress. Guest has a queen. Expanded patio, with a BBQ grill and a large retractable awning. Golf cart with roadside assistance is included.

The large eat-in kitchen, with skylight and granite counter tops and appliances, is fully equipped and has a table for two for enjoying your morning coffee, or, if you'd rather, venture out to the attached lanai. The floors throughout the entire home are ceramic.

The living room has a very comfortable couch which power reclines on both sides and two accent chairs. The living room also has a 65" flat screen SMART LED TV and a DVD player. Hulu and Roku Live TV are included.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed (New mattress in January 2025) and a 32" flat screen TV with an Amazon Fire TV Stick. You can access Hulu and other streaming services from this TV as well. The bedroom has a very large walk-in closet and a private master bath. The guest room has a queen size bed and a large closet.

Both bathrooms have been updated with granite counter tops.

A full set of linens and towels are provided.

Your Villages Temporary Resident ID cards (included with the rent) give you access to all of the facilities at any recreation center for bocce, shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball, horseshoes, billiards, swimming and hundreds of organized activities every week at the recreation centers. There are also 38 executive golf courses and 12 championship golf courses available.

A fully serviced 2020 Yamaha (gasoline powered) Golf Cart, with a 24-hour roadside assistance package, is included.

Rental Policy:
The above rates are for two people. Additional charges apply for company staying longer than two weeks.
$800 Security Deposit due with return of the rental agreement.
A Reservation Deposit equal to 30% of the total rent is due with return of rental agreement. Additional 30% due 90 days prior to occupancy, with the remaining 40% balance due 60 days prior to occupancy. Cancellation refunds only if the villa can be rented for the same time period and the same rate (less 15% cancellation fee.) Alternate payment options may be required if rental occurs less than 90 days from the return of the rental agreement.
$200 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from security deposit at the conclusion of your stay.
Security deposit (less cleaning fee) returned within 15 days after check-out if no damage or missing items.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.

Check in on first day is 4:00pm - Check out on last day is 10:00 am
