Security Deposit:

$1,000 security deposit
$250 pet deposit (non-refundable, if applicable)
$150 cleaning fee (non-refundable)
$50 Village Guest Pass fee (non-refundable)

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable unless re-rented for the same dates. If re-rented, a $200 processing fee applies. Trip insurance is recommended.

Occupancy Policy:

Rates are based on double occupancy.
Additional guests require prior approval.
Unauthorized occupancy may result in agreement termination without refund.

Additional Information:

Background Check Required Primary applicant must complete a background check at their own expense ($60 non-refundable fee).
