Security Deposit Policy:

$250 pet deposit (non-refundable, if applicable)
$150 cleaning fee (non-refundable)
$50 Village Guest Pass fee (non-refundable)
$550 refundable security deposit (returned within 15 days of checkout, less damages if applicable)

Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable unless re-rented for the same dates. A $200 processing fee applies for refunded cancellations. Trip insurance is recommended.

Occupancy Policy:
Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests require prior approval. Unauthorized occupancy may result in agreement termination without a refund.

Additional Information:
All applicants are required to complete a background check at their own expense. The non-refundable fee is $60 per applicant.
