$1000. deposit/security plus 20% of total rent due within 7 days of the booking. Cleaning fee of $150 is deducted from the security deposit. Price quote is for 2 occupants - second couple additional $500 per month, shorter stays no charge. Three month minimum during peak season (Jan-Feb-April) Check in time is 3 pm on the first day of the rental month. Check out time is 11 am on the last day of the rental month. Keys, garage door opener & gate pass supplied upon arrival. Optional TEMPORARY RESIDENT ID CARD, which is $50 for 1 or 2 individuals (payable to The Villages) is highly recommended. This ID allows you the same access to all facilities as a permanent resident. This card is needed for free golf at executive courses, usage of sport pools and priority admittance to some club activities. NO PETS. NO SMOKING IN THE HOME, GARAGE OR IN PATIO
Centrally Located, just a short (3.5 mile) golf cart ride to Sumter Landing Square, and 6 miles to either Spanish Springs or Brownwood Paddock Square., Enjoy nightly concerts and dine al fresco at the many restaurants near this cozy home.
