Security Deposit: $1,000
The refundable security deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to reserve your rental. The security deposit is refundable less any damages within 7 days of your check-out date.

Rent Payment: 50% of the total rent, and $200 cleaning fee is due upon lease signing. The remaining balance is due on or before 45 days prior to move in.
