Payment Terms:
50% of the rental fee and a $1,500 refundable security deposit are due upon booking with a signed lease agreement.
The remaining balance, including taxes and cleaning fees($250), is due 60 days prior to check-in.

Refund Policy:
Full refund for cancellations more than 90 days before arrival.
Partial refund if the property is re-rented at the same rate within 90 days.
No refunds for cancellations 30 days or less before arrival.

Security Deposit: Refunded within 15 days after departure, pending a satisfactory inspection.
