Payment Schedule:
50% of the rental fee and a $1,000 refundable security deposit are due upon booking, along with a signed lease.
The remaining balance, including taxes and cleaning fees($200), is due 60 days prior to check-in.
Refundable Security Deposit: Returned within 15 days after departure, pending a satisfactory inspection.
Cancellation Policy:
More than 90 days before arrival: Full refund.
90 days or less before arrival: Refund only if re-rented at the same rate.
30 days or less before arrival: No refund.
