There are 12 championship golf courses and 38 executive courses. There are so many other activities, especially my favorite - Pickleball. You can enjoy tennis, horseshoes, volleyball, croquet, shuffleboard, bocce, basketball, swimming and so much more. There are also thousands of organized clubs.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Keurig. The primary suite has a queen motorized adjustable bed, walk-in closet and walk-in shower with towels and linens. A pocket door allows privacy for the second bedroom and bath. The third bedroom is an office with a murphy bed. The lanai overlooks a nice size patio with a pergola and beautiful landscaping that is fully enclosed and private. Outdoor grill also available.

Property taxes, utilities, high speed internet, TV, trash, pest control, and lawn service are included.

Rental Policy:
Rental agreement and rates are based on 2 person occupancy
Guests are permitted for a short stay and if longer, owner is to be notified and additional fee of $75 per week
$1,000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking
7% Florida and Sumter tax will be added to rental amount
$200 Cleaning Fee
$50 Resident Villager I.D. fee for 2 (pick up at Lake Sumter Sales Office)
$100 Lost garage remote (or any remote) or gate pass (Just please don't lose anything :) )
Check-in 4:00pm
Check-out 10:00am

The security deposit will be refunded within 30 days or sooner after the rental period ends less the cleaning fee. If internet usage exceeds 1.2T data cap, monthly cost will be passed onto you.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
