Rental Policy:
Rental agreement and rates are based on 2 person occupancy
Guests are permitted for a short stay and if longer, owner is to be notified and additional fee of $75 per week
$1,000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking
7% Florida and Sumter tax will be in addition to rental amount
$200 Cleaning Fee
$50 Resident Villager I.D. fee for 2 (pick up at Lake Sumter Sales Office)
$100 Lost garage remote (or any remote) or gate pass (Just please don't lose anything :) )
Check-in 4:00pm
Check-out 10:00am

The security deposit will be refunded within 30 days or sooner after the rental period ends less the cleaning fee. If internet usage exceeds 1.2T data cap, monthly cost will be passed onto you.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
