This two-bedroom, two-bath, large lanai, stand-alone 1800 sq ft home is in a beautiful retirement neighborhood that offers safety, tranquility, and old-growth trees with tons of activities just minutes away. You would share the house with me. You'd have your own bedroom and bath. We would share the common areas: living room, dining room, kitchen, patio with hot tub, grill, fire pit, sauna, plus a screened-in carport. You would have a guest pass for the pool, pickleball, golf, beach tennis, shuffleboard, corn hole, and over 3000 clubs for arts, music, theater, dance, exercise, and more. If you're a golfer, there are over 700 holes of golf in beautifully maintained courses. Disney and other Orlando theme parks are nearby.

My dog is a small, allergy-free, non-shedding, shih-tzu/bichon, who is super friendly and quiet.

Three town squares have live bands and dancing every night. Three grocery stores are just five minutes away, as are major brand big box stores. Relax on the patio with the hot tub, grill, fire pit, and dining table in a peaceful, park-like setting. (There's also an indoor sauna in your bedroom.) Or unwind with a cup of tea or glass of wine in the front screened-in area.

Stay connected with free WIFI and be comfortable with central heating and AC. Take care of your laundry with an indoor washer and dryer.

Essentials for the first week. After the initial week, you would provide the TP, tissues, laundry, and cleaning supplies you prefer. Full oven, range, microwave, dishwasher. I have an extra refrigerator in the golf cart garage. You can park on the street, or when we know each other's schedules, you can park in front of or behind my car in the driveway.

Occasionally, you can have a guest in your bedroom. No pets, please. I have a smart TV with Hulu, Netflix, Discovery, BritBox and Acorn TV. You can sign in to your own accounts.

Rental Policy: $1200/mo for one to three-month stays.
$500 nonrefundable deposit due within 7 days of booking plus a $1000 security deposit to be returned to you within 7 days of your departure and our inspection.$150 Cleaning Fee
