The Villages is a 55+ community. Download the Villages app for a one-time small fee regarding all information about this awesome community and for navigating your way around. You will love it!! Please make sure you are fully aware of all of the community rules and regulations regarding age restrictions. Completing application for this property indicates both your understanding and acceptance of age restricted policy. Young visitors under 19 years old, are only allowed for limited time periods. No subletting is permitted, and there will be no refund for late arrivals or early departures.
Our Florida vacation home is to be used as a private, single-family residence and not for any business (or illegal) activity of any kind. To preserve the integrity of the neighborhood and the enjoyment of our wonderful full-time neighbors, no parties or loud music shall be permitted.
No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises including the garage or lanai. No narcotics of any kind shall be permitted on property. We keep a pet-free home due to allergies. Only the individuals listed in the rental agreement may occupy the property, and all occupants must complete an application and be a party to the rental agreement.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time for arrival is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM on the last day of rental period. There will be a mandatory in-person or video/virtual walkthrough at both move in and move out. Any property issues during the rental term (broken items, leaks, etc.) should be brought to the owners' attention within 24 hours of occurrence.

Guest Passes & Temporary Resident IDs
GUEST PASSES provide access to select amenities and are issued without charge. Note that during high season (Jan-April) renters with guest passes MAY be wait-listed for classes and events, giving priority access to residents and non-residents with temporary resident IDs. TEMPORARY RESIDENT IDs are highly recommended to provide access to resident amenities. Avid Golfers will want to purchase the resident IDs. These will enable guests to book tee-times during high-season as well as be need for those who are intending to join groups and classes. ONLY TWO RESIDENT IDs ARE PERMITTED PER HOUSEHOLD. If there are more than 2 people staying at property, the remainder of guests can apply and receive the free guest passes. Guests are charged currently $50 per couple payable directly to The Villages at the time the Temporary IDs are picked up from the nearby Lake Miona Regional Recreation Center (hours: 8am - 5pm). A government-issued IDs are required to pick up each (of the two) temporary resident passes.

Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
