Rental Policy:
January--March 2 month minimum term
Off season partial months can be requested.
$1000 deposit and half of the total rent due within 7 days of booking... The deposit only is fully refundable (14 days after end of lease provided property is left in good condition and terms of lease are met)
Rent pd in full 14 days prior to occupancy
$200 Cleaning Fee plus additional $50 fee with pet(s)
$300 deposit for weekly rental.


This beautiful courtyard villa is located in the heart of The Villages in the Village of Lake Deaton. The property is just minutes away from Bonifay and Evans Prairie country clubs, Brown Paddock Square (which features entertainment every night of the year), Eisenhower regional recreation center and it's just a short walk away from two adult pools. Manatee recreation center is just down the street and features a family pool. Traverse and Pinellas shopping plaza are also just minutes away with several restaurants to choose from along with hair and nail salons, retail and grocery shopping. Multiple executive courses are located within Minutes by golf cart or car.
The Carrabelle model features an open floor plan, the dining area seats four along with three additional barstools for easy entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, utensils and small appliances, including a ninja smokeless air fryer and grill combo. The king bedroom has a large walk-in closet and full bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and nearly a full bath with a shower tub combination and a pocket door enclosure for privacy. There's a 55 inch smart TV in the living area along with a 32 inch smart TV in the extra bedroom. The lanai is screened for open air concept with seating so that you can enjoy the outside in privacy as the courtyard villa features a fence in backyard. Additional uncovered patio area with seating to enjoy the sun.

Recreation centers provide family pools, bocci ball, shuffle board, tennis, pickleball, Padel courts, fitness equipment and a multitude of other activities. Amenity temporary id cards required to use recreation centers and play golf courses. Temporary IDS are available for a one time $50 transfer fee and will be valid for your entire stay.
Iron and ironing board plus Keurig coffeemaker.
Starter supplies include hand soap, dish soap ,shampoo, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Limited supply of Keurig pods.
Hair dryer and towels.
