Nothing to watch? Oh, alright, we'll throw in a turntable so you can rock out to an assortment of our favorite albums that we think you'll enjoy!

Entertain your Villager friends and family on a patio that can seat as many as 12 and sip wine in the mosquito-free birdcage!

Crush that nap in our comfy beds and get the great night's sleep that you deserve after an action-packed night at Lake Sumter!

No mildewy shower curtains in this casa... the showers have been upgraded to glass doors for a clean aesthetic!

Friends dropping in for a weekend? Just pull out the padded sleeper sofa in the 3rd bedroom and spare them the hotel rates!

You're gonna sweat, and you're gonna need a washer & dryer. Lucky for you, we have a laundry room inside the house!

Our high speed internet will have you yelling at people on Facebook in record time! Don't forget to use ALL CAPS!!!!!!

We're busy, and we don't haggle with head counts or party crashers. Your rate includes a home that comfortably sleeps up to 6 people, but if Cousin Larry passes out on the floor we're gonna turn a blind eye.

Throw the truck keys in a drawer and forget about them for a while. Our Yamaha 2-seater golf cart is revved up and ready to roll!

Free Hulu and Netflix access for the duration of your stay. All other apps (Disney+, Amazon, etc.) are loaded but you'll need your own account.
LOCAL TV also provided through the Hulu app.

We've found the garage fits a car, or the golf cart, but not really both. For that reason, we prefer you park your vehicle in the driveway to keep the golf cart out of the rain.

CLEANING FEES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RATE. Yeah, we're cool like that.

We hear our place is better than most, and we're seeking discerning couples & visitors who appreciate the touches we've put into this home. It's definitely a house for revelry and good times, but it isn't really a house for rambunctious toddlers. That said, it's YOUR place to use for the month and we're not going to babysit you or your guests -- but we DO set our deposit amount a little higher, for that reason.

If you're a yearly guest, you better believe we want to be your go-to villa!

Rental Policy:
$1000 Deposit/Security due within 30 days of booking.
Golf Cart is included in the rental rate (ignore the amenities list where it says there's an extra fee--there isn't).

Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
