Adjacent to the plaza is Rohan Recreation Center offering a Fit Club, basketball, bocce ball, platform tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis, sports pools, Soaring Eagle Softball Fields and Air Gunnery Range. The Chitty Chatty Recreation Center offers neighborhood pool, shuffleboard and corn toss. A short drive to Brownwood Paddock Square or Sawgrass Grove where you can enjoy additional shopping, restaurants, and live entertainment.

Guest IDs provided free of charge. Allow access to neighborhood and family pools, walking paths, and most recreational activities. Temporary Resident IDs are available ($50 for 2) that will provide access to all resident amenities including use of sports pools and free golf on Executive Courses!

$1000 Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking.
$200 Nonrefundable Cleaning Fee deducted from Security Deposit
Remainder of Security Deposit minus any deductions for repairs refunded with 14 days of departure.

Monthly rent due 30 days prior to month of stay.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.

Rental Rates
