Your needs will be easily managed; grocery, gas, pharmacy is a 5 -10 minute drive by car or golf cart. RENTAL POLICY:
$1000 Deposit/Security due within 5 days of booking with receipt of signed lease. Returned at the end of the rental (less cleaning charge & any damage charges).
Full rental fee due 60 days prior to first date of rental.
$150 cleaning charge.
Your rent includes all other fees.
