Your daily needs will be easily managed; recreation, dining, grocery, gas, pharmacy is a 5 minute drive by car or 10 minute drive by golf cart. We offer monthly, multiple month, & long term (> 6 month) rentals.

RENTAL POLICY:
$1000 Deposit/Security required to hold booking dates. Deposit will be returned to the Renter at the end of the rental (less cleaning charge & any damage charges).
Rental contract will be sent for your signature and returned to the Owner.
Full rental fee due 60 days prior to first date of rental.
$150 cleaning charge deducted from your Deposit (returning $850)
Your rent includes all other fees.
