This Courtyard features an open floor plan, with a large outdoor screen birdcage. The outdoor area has a small refrigerator, flat top griddle/grill and Weber gas grill. The outside area has plenty of room for your Dogs business.

Inside you have a full updated kitchen, with new stainless appliances. The kitchen has a Keriug coffee, Toaster for waffles or toast, Toaster oven, crockpot and upscale Blender. There's bar seating and extra dining table, also outside dining.

The living area has a 65 inch TV with a steam service that includes all the NFL games, all NCAA football and Basketball games, plus extensive moves and local channels. If it's on TV it's probably on somewhere. This is on all TV inside and out.

Two bedrooms one with king bed and one with queen. The master has a TV. The master has its on private bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a pocket door to close for your privacy to your bathroom, with a tub shower combined.

There's a screened in front porch.

The garage is one and a half car. The Washer/ Dryer are both New.
Terms of Rental: Dogs Allowed only. No Smoking.
This Rental is Available for January thru April, with a Two month min.
1000 Dollars security deposit down upon signed Agreement.
Rental is due IN FULL Thirty Days before occupancy.
The Security deposit will be refund at the conclusion of rental, upon inspection minus 150 cleaning fee.
