Kitchen is fully equipped with pots & pans, dishes, glassware, toaster, coffee maker, instant pot. Separate laundry room with sink and storage. Home has all bed linens, towels, pool towels. Jump right in and play with pickle ball paddles, noodles for pool and water weights. Travel chairs and golf cart cargo bag available for use.
There is one set of mens right handed clubs with bag, or you can rent golf clubs at the local Country Club pro shop. The closest is the Palmer.

Separate inside laundry room with sink and new washer and dryer. Extra refrigerator freezer in the garage.

POOLS AND RECREATION CENTERS: We share a property line with the Bonnybrook pool it is literally a few steps away. The Laurel Manor Regional (sports pool), 2 other neighborhood recreation centers (family pools), and 2 other adult pools are all within a 10 minute or less cart ride.

GOLF: 5 Executive Courses and the 2 best Championship Courses (Palmer and Glenview), both with beautiful Country Clubs and driving ranges are 10 minute or less cart ride.

TOWN CENTERS: By cart Sumter Landing 10 minutes, Spanish Springs 20 minutes, Brownwood 30 minutes. All have live music every night with dancing and tons of shopping and restaurants.

ENTERTAINMENT AND OTHER SHOPPING: The Savannah Center (theater) is a 10 minute cart ride where performances by cover/tribute bands, comedy acts, magicians, etc. take place on a regular basis. Less then 10 minute cart ride is the Buffalo Ridge and Southern Trace shopping centers with, to name a few, Walmart Super Center, Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, Publix Grocery, most of the fast food and sit down restaurant chains, along with small local shops and restaurants. RENTAL POLICY
* 50% of the rental fee or 1 month rental (for longer terms) plus the security deposit is due within 7 days of booking. The rental fees received are non-refundable unless the home can be re-rented for the same time period at the same rental rate.
* Balance of rental price due 60 days prior to occupancy.
* Cleaning fee of $150 deducted from security deposit, balance returned within 14 days of departure.
* Resident IDs (2) transferred upon request. The Villages will charge a $50 processing fee for the IDs. The Villages DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS please bring cash/check for this payment.
* Guest IDs in addition to the Resident IDs are free to request.

GOLF CART
* The golf cart is available for guests to use during their stay but is not considered part of the rental agreement. Liability is the renters responsibility. Check with your insurance agent to insure the cart and injuries yourself and others are covered
* Signed Golf Cart Waiver is required to use the golf cart
* Tenant may choose not to use the golf cart and will notify the landlord of their intentions prior to check-in
* Golf cart emergency service is available. Phone number can be found on the windshield of the golf cart
* The cart will be gassed up with at least 3/4 tank full
* When used, the tenant is responsible to gas up the cart prior to check out

ADDITONAL INFORMATION
* This is an active Senior Community for residents 55 and older
* All taxes, utilities, cable TV, High Speed WiFi, trash, lawn service included.
* Village Resident ID cards: $50 for a set of 2 (optional)
* Check-in time is 3 P.M. and check-out is 10 A.M. Early check in when available. Check with owner if desired.
