RENTAL POLICY: No smoking and no pets. No exception. The rates are for 2 ADULTS.
Golf Cart Rental is available through a 3rd party.

The rental rate does include Villagers ID (for 2 people).
This allows you to use any of the 40+ executive golf courses, all recreation facilities and wonderful amenities the Villages has to offer. 45 executive golf courses, plus 14 championship golf and country clubs with most locations having 27 holes. A residents ID also allows you to enjoy our large Sports Pools that are for people 30+ years. Family pools are available too. Pools have scheduled activities like lap swimming, water walking, water exercise programs, and water volleyball.

Rental price is based on 2 adult occupants. All visitors staying in home must be disclosed!

Check in time is 4:00 P.M. OR sooner if villa is ready.
Check out is 11:00 A.M. on the LAST day of the month or rental.

All taxes, utilities, smart TV , WIFI internet, trash, lawn service are included in rental.
NO PETS , NO SMOKING or VAPING is allowed (renters or guests of renters).

Reservation Deposit: 50% of total rental amount with deposit and signed Rental Agreements due 4 days from booking date -- Copy of Drivers License or Identification card required - Reservation deposits are only refundable if the home is able to be re-rented.-- In the event, a Refund is Due and the property is re-rented, a $200 processing fee will be charged. Please see Info 4 Renters on the Main page for Information regarding Vacation Insurance. The remaining 50% rental amount, cleaning fee are due 60 days prior to your stay. The security deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure provided there are no damages.
