Outdoor barbeque grill is not on the property, tenant assumes all liability for any barbeque grill brought to the property and must remove it upon leaving at end of rental term.

King size bed in Master bdrm with huge walk in closet and large bathroom has a soaking tub, shower, 2 sinks, fully stocked with applicable linens. Guest bdrm has a queen sz bed and space for office work includes thick room blackout curtains for afternoon sleeping. The guest bthrm has a shower/tub also fully stocked linens. Livingroom has a jumbo smart TV and sliding glass doors in living room open to a screened lanai with outdoor patio and umbrella table. (The third smallest bdrm will remain locked and not for use by tenant.)


Property taxes, utilities, cable TV, WIFI, trash, and lawn service are included.

Rental Policy:
1st month rent due for booking - cancellation policy: all but $500 fee refundable if the house can be rented for the same time period so owner incurs no losses. $1500 damage deposit due at move in, fully refundable if no damages. $300 cleaning fee due at move in, $500 Pet Fee if applicable. Full rent due 90 days prior to rental period. 1 month minimum stay, typical stay is 3 months during peak season. Golf Cart included for golfing, extra fee if used as primary vehicle.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods and guests are allowed for 1 week without fee longer stays incur a fee.
Family activities are provided.
*Security cameras are located outside of doors in 3 locations : front door , lanai doors & Garage door .
