Our backyard is fully fenced with a preserve view. The fully screened Lani offers a wonderful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening nightcap watching the sunset. We also provide a 4 burner BBQ grill for your outdoor cooking enjoyment. This is a smoke-free home.

Less than 4 miles away is Magnolia Plaza which has a Publix Grocery Store, restaurants and other stores. Take the golf cart to Sawgrass Grove which offers free nightly entertainment, bars and restaurants. Dance the night away or just people watch. You can also check out the Brownwood, Sumpter Landing or Spanish Springs town centers too, which are just up the road with more entertainment. It's almost impossible to be bored or hungry in The Villages. The newly opened Boosters Bar & Grill and the Shallow Creek Championship Golf Course are only a short golf cart ride away. All of the 54 golf courses or any of the 100 pools can be accessed using the extensive network of golf cart trails and roads.

Our home is located less than 1/2 mile from Saluki Recreation Center. Inside this fun, dog themed center you will find a pool table, hand shuffleboard, pinball and dart boards, as well as exercise classes offered for you to partake in. Adjacent to the Center is the family pool, pickle ball, tennis & shuffleboard courts and outdoor exercise equipment.. Across the street is the adult only pool. Relax with your pool noodle (we provide) and soak up the sun.
A 4 seat gas golf cart is available for your use with a signed waiver.
A coupon book for local restaurants and services is provided for your use.

Supplies Provided: All linens and bath towels are provided along with basic starter supplies of toilet paper, trash bags, hand and dish soap, dishwasher pods, Norwex laundry detergent, and Norwex cleaning supplies. We also provide 4 beach towels. To allow visitors who have chemical sensitivities to enjoy our home we provide a variety of Norwex products for your use. Information on their use is provided in the home.

Payment:To Reserve your date(s): Renter(s) agree to sign a lease agreement and pay a deposit of 50% of total rent including FL 7% sales tax, plus a security deposit ($1,000 for monthly rentals or $400 for weekly rentals) within 7 days of booking, plus a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee.
The remaining balance is due a minimum of 60-days prior to occupancy. If the booking is made less than 60-days of arrival then 100% of the total rent, taxes and security deposit is due within 7 days of booking. The security deposit, less any damages will be refunded within 14 days of departure after an inspection of the property has been made.

Weekly rentals shall begin with check-in at 3:00 pm Sunday afternoon and end with check-out at 11:00 am the following Saturday.
Monthly Rentals begin on the 1st day of the month with check-in at 3:00 pm and check out at 11:00 m the last day of the month.

Free Temporary Guest IDs are included.
Pet Fee: $200.00 - non-refundable. Two dogs maximum.

Cancellation Policy:Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled 60 days or less from arrival date or during the rental period, you are subject to 100% forfeiture of rental funds and/or security deposit. The home will be released, and we will make every effort to re-rent the home and refund as much as possible of the rental funds already paid. Cancellation of any part of your reservation will cancel the entire reservation. It is recommended that you purchase trip insurance to protect your vacation investment in the event of illness or other life events requiring you to cancel your trip.
