$1,000 Security deposit, $250 Cleaning Fee, $50 ID.

Rental Policy:
$1000 security deposit to be returned within 14 days of departure if no damage is found to home or golf cart. Reservation deposit of 50% of total rent plus security deposit due within seven days of booking. Remaining balance due 90 days before arrival.
*There will be a $100 charge from security deposit if any keys for house/golf cart, garage door openers and/or gate pass are missing or lost.
*This is a non-smoking, no pets rental - no exceptions
*Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 9:00am.
*Rates are for two people only. Additional adults are charges $25/night per adult and must be approved by owners. Short term visitors of a few days will not be charged.
*Cancellation Policy: Must cancel 90 days before arrival to receive full refund minus $200 cancellation fee. If cancelling 89 days or less, no money will be refunded unless owners can rent cancelled months. Returned money at that point will be based on the difference between previous and current rent.
*The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
