If your rental period is less than 60 days from time of booking, the payment and security deposit are due in full upon signing the lease agreement. If you need to cancel your reservation, the security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded in full. If we can re-rent the home at the same rate and dates, your rent will be refunded less a 15% fee or $300 (whichever is greater).Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included. Guest ID included.
