Rental Policy:
$1500.00 Security deposit due within 10 days of booking along with signed contract. Fifty percent (50%) of the total rent is due 90 days prior to arrival. Payment in full (including all taxes) is due within 45 days of arrival. If booking within 60 days of arrival then full rent and taxes are due at the time of the signed contract. Rent is based on a 2 adult person occupancy. Additional 2 adult guests may be added for an additional fee. $300.00 Cleaning Fee deducted from Security deposit. A 7% State and local Sales and Use Tax will be charged. No long term rentals. See Lease Agreement for Security deposit and Cancelation policy. The Security deposit will be refunded within fourteen (14) days of tenant departure and a satisfactory inspection of the home as long as there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear, if deep cleaning or repairs are not required and if all gate passes, mailbox keys, and garage door openers are returned.
