Rental fees:
Listed rates are for one to two people. There may be a charge for more than two people and all overnight guests must be approved by the owners prior to the rental date.
Security Deposit of $1,000, 40% of the rent for the rental period and a signed Lease Agreement are due within 10 days of booking. The remaining 60% of the rent for the rental period and a $175 cleaning fee are due within 90 days of the beginning of the rental period. The security deposit is fully refundable within 15 days of departure if the house and property are in the same condition as before the rental period.
Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is cancelled prior to 90 days of arrival date the security deposit and any rental funds paid will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled 90 days or less from the arrival date you are subject to a 100% forfeiture of all rental funds paid. We will return the paid security deposit and any paid cleaning fee. The house will be released and we will make every effort to re-rent it and refund as much as possible of the rental funds already paid. Cancellation of any part of your reservation will cancel the entire reservation.

Access to two Villages Lifestyle ID cards for the rental period. The cost is $50 for two people, to be paid by you. These provide access to most Villages amenities and more than 3,000 clubs and activities. At your request we will complete a form to the Sales Office at Lake Sumter Landing in advance of your stay. You can then pay for and pick up your Villages Lifestyle IDs at the Spanish Sales Office upon your arrival.
