All utilities, trash, and lawn services are included in rental fee. There is a required $800 security deposit for monthly and weekly rental periods, as well as a non-refundable $200 cleaning fee. For daily rental periods, there is a required $200 security deposit, as well as a non-refundable $125 cleaning fee.

**Guest Passes and Temporary IDs:
Guest passes provide access to select amenities and are issued without charge. During high season (January-April), renters with guest passes may be wait-listed for classes and events, giving priority access to residents and non-residents with temporary resident IDs.

Temporary Resident IDs provide access to resident amenities. Avid golfers will want to purchase the resident IDs. These will enable guests to book tee-times during the high season. Two resident IDs are permitted per household. If there are more than two people staying at the property, the remainder of guests can apply and receive the free guest passes. Temporary Resident IDs are currently charged $50 per couple payable directly to the Villages at the time the Temporary IDs are picked up. Government issued IDs are required to pick up each (of the two) temporary resident passes.

We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental periods, however there is a 3-night minimum stay.
Check-in is at 4:00pm. Check-out is at 12:00pm.

Payment is preferred via Zelle or PayPal. Security deposit and 50% of rental fee is due at time of booking. Remainder balance due 7 days prior to stay.
