Rental rates are for two people, third or fourth guest add $ 100.00 a week. Check in 4:00 pm on the first of the month checkout by 10:00am on the last day of the month. You may obtain a temporary resident ID that allows you access to all of the Villages amenities for an additional $50.00 from local Sales Ctr. located in Lake Sumter Landing upon arrival.

At time of Reservation/booking:
* $1000.00 damage/security deposit due at time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
* $150.00 cleaning fee
* Half (1/2) of total rent is due upon lease signing/booking.
* If applicable, $150 non-refundable pet deposit.
* Additionally Transient rentals in Sumter County remain subject to the 6% state sales tax and 1% small county surtax, for a combined total rate of 7%.

6 months Prior of Reservation:
* Remaining balance is due thirty (180) days prior to check-in. If check-in date is less than 30 days of
booking, 100% of rent is due at time of reservation.

*****Dogs under 40 lbs considered. All other pets are prohibited, including cats, birds, fish, etc.

*****$100 Service fee for clogged kitchen garbage disposal
*****$50 Fee for removal of hangers

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
