You may obtain a temporary resident ID that allows you access to all of the Villages amenities for an additional $50.00 from local Sales Ctr. located in Lake Sumter Landing upon arrival.

* Additionally Transient rentals in Sumter County remain subject to the 6% state sales tax and 1% small county surtax, for a combined total rate of 7%.

6 months Prior of Reservation:
* Remaining balance is due thirty (180) days prior to check-in. If check-in date is less than 30 days of
booking, 100% of rent is due at time of reservation.
