This fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath designer home is ideally located between CR466 and CR466a in the Village of Hemingway. The home is within walking distance to the Havana Country Club and just a short golf cart ride to the neighborhood pool and shopping at Colony Plaza. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, large walk-in closet and private bathroom with a double sink vanity and walk-in Roman shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is set up as an office/den and furnished with a desk and a futon sofa bed. Guest bedrooms and guest bathroom are on opposite sides of the house from master bedroom and can be separated by a sliding pocket door, giving you and your guests privacy. Interior laundry room includes washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, laundry basket and a starter supply of laundry detergent. The home is fully equipped with linens, cookware, utensils, tableware, etc. to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. 58" TV in the living room, 32" TVs in the glass enclosed lanai and master bedroom. Home is equipped with Wi-Fi and Xfinity Streaming in the living room. Additional TVs in the master bedroom and lanai are equipped with Amazon Fire Sticks allowing you to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. using your own existing accounts.

A two-passenger Yamaha gas golf-cart with 24-hour emergency road service is available for use at no charge with a signed liability waiver and valid drivers license.

No pets permitted. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes permitted on premises or in golf cart.

Rental Policy:
50% of rent due within 7 days of booking. Remainder of rent plus security deposit due 60 days before check-in.
$150 cleaning fee.
$1,000 security deposit. Security deposit will be refunded, less the cleaning fee, within 15 days of vacating less any damages and all keys, gate passes, and remote controls are returned.
The Villages resident ID card is available for the duration of your stay with a $50 payment made directly to The Villages. The $50 fee is good for two (2) resident IDs and permits free access to all executive golf courses (a small trail fee is charged if using a golf cart), recreation centers and neighborhood and sport pools.
Rental is for two (2) persons. Additional guests (up to 2 guests) allowed with extra fee of $50 a week per person. No charge for guests staying one week or less.

No subleasing permitted.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund if cancelled within 90 days prior to check-in. No refunds for cancellations made less than 90 days prior to check-in unless we are able to secure another renter at the same rate.


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
