Rental Party occupancy is two (2) persons, both required to provide a copy of valid Drivers License. Additional occupants beyond one (1) night are subject to $50 per night, per person fee. Additional occupants beyond one (1) week requires pre-approval from property owner. No sub-letting allowed.

There is NO smoking or vaping of any kind in the house or on our residential premise. Any evidence of smoking could be subject to withholding of security deposit. Smoking inside the house will result in forfeiture of the entire damage deposit.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
