Rental Policy-
January, February, March or April 2026 - 3 month minimum. No sub-leasing, please.
Utilities, WI-FI, 2 Smart TV's, trash collection Monday and Thursday, and lawn service are included.
Resident IDs are recommended, $50 for 2.
50% of rental amount plus FL Sales and Use Tax due at rental lease agreement signing. Remaining rental balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
$200 Cleaning Fee - non refundable and will be deducted from your security deposit
$200 Pet Fee, if applicable

If your rental period is less than 60 days from the time of booking, the payment including FL Sales and Use Tax, security deposit, and pet fee (if applicable) are due in full upon signing the rental lease agreement. Cancellation Policy- Non refundable, subject to owners ability to re-lease at the same terms less a 15% fee. Trip insurance is strongly advised and can be purchased through a third party.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
