The Toasted Yolk Cafe just opened for the most important meal of the day, breakfast! Visit The Rohan Recreation Center, just a 5 minute or less drive in your golf cart over the bridge to enjoy the Rohan Fit Club, Basketball, Bocce Ball, Paddle Tennis, Pickleball, Shuffleboard and Tennis. When youre done, you can take a swim! The Chitty Chatty Recreation Center offers a community pool, shuffleboard and corn toss. A short drive to Brownwood Paddock Square or Sawgrass Grove where you can enjoy live entertainment.

Rental Policy-
January, February and March 2025 - 3 month minimum.
Utilities, 2 TV's, trash collection Monday and Thursday, and lawn service are included.
Temporary Resident IDs are available $50 for 2.
50% of rental amount due at lease signing. Remaining rental balance and security deposit must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
$200 Cleaning Fee - non refundable and will be deducted from your security deposit
$150 Pet Fee, if applicable

If your rental period is less than 60 days from the time of booking, the payment, and security deposit are due in full upon signing the lease agreement. If you need to cancel your reservation, the security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded in full. If we can re-rent the house at the same rate and dates, your rent will be refunded, less a 15% fee or $300 (whichever is greater).

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
