60% of rental, $1,000 security deposit and cleaning fee are due 60 days prior to arrival.
Customized rental payment schedule for rentals that are made more than 6 months in advance.
Security deposit (less any costs of damage or excessive cleaning) will be refunded within 10 days of departure and after inspection of property.

Note: Property does not include a golf cart, but there are many places in the Villages that will rent a golf cart at an excellent price with delivery and pick-up to/from the home.

$50.00 Temporary Resident ID Fee, not included (Optional Fee).
Temporary Resident I.D. provides access to all "Resident Only" privileges including recreation centers, neighborhood pools, activities, etc.
The Temporary Resident I.D. will allow you to play the Executive Golf Courses for free with a small trail fee and reduced green fees on the Championship Courses including Arnold Palmer and Nancy Lopez courses.
