Security Deposit: A $2,000 security deposit is due within 7 days of booking. This deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after the end of the stay, provided no damage or loss is reported.
Rental Fee: The rental fee is due 30 days prior to the start of the rental period. Payment can be made by check, Zelle, or Venmo.
Monthly Rates run from 4:00 PM on the 1st day of the month to 9:00 AM on the last day of the month.
Utilities Included: Cable TV, trash, lawn service, weekly pool service, and internet are all included.
Cleaning Fee: A $250 cleaning fee applies to all rentals.

Important Policies
No smoking is permitted in the house, on the lanai, or in the pool area.
No pets allowed. (While we are pet lovers, pets may cause accidents and some renters may have allergies.)
Security Cameras on the front outside of the house. No cameras inside.
