Kitchen has newer updates to cabinets and all new appliances. There is a coffee maker, coffee, dishes, and silverware. The home comes with a indoor laundry room with new washer and dryer. All flooring has been replaced in the home with LVP flooring. There is an enclosed lani with table and chairs. Dining area will seat at least 6 people at dining table. Living room has a loveset and couch with 2 recliners in each. There are cup holders in the arms of the furniture, the middle pulls down for added storage and usb ports. 2 car garage with 2 seater gas golf cart. Gas tank is full and please fill before you leave for the next guest. Premium gas only.$50 Resident ID card paid to The Villages office separately. Refundable if canceled within 60 days of signing, thereafter 50% of the rental payment will be changed.

We also do shorter and longer rentals. So feel free to ask for a week, or a year. All will be considered. Spring is here so lets do a spring sale. Available April 2024 to September 2024 $2000 a month and will consider weekly rentals. The longer you stay the more you save.
