This is premium central location for the Villages. Colony and Lake Sumter Town Square shopping centers are 8- 10 minutes by cart. Nearby restaurants and stores that are within 8-15 minutes by cart include Chop House, Cody's, Walmart, Publix Super Market, Walgreens, Bob Evans, Starbucks and many many more. We have a large mesh shopping bag that fits on back of our cart for grocery items. We find it very helpful not to have to pile bags on the cart floor when we go out shopping. Our home is just a 8-minute (scenic) cart ride to nightly entertainment at Lake Sumter Landing (2.2 mi). Spanish Springs Town Center is reachable by golf cart in 18 minutes. All with nightly entertainment no charge.

The adult pool at Amelia is within walking distance or a quick 2-minute cart ride away. There are several Executive and Championship golf courses very close. Enjoy putting green and eating out at Mallory Country Club just 2 minutes from our house by cart. Many nearby executive courses and the Sarasota Driving Range and Practice Golf Center (10 minutes by cart) afford lots of golf opportunities and practice. Our living room has a couch, large chair and two recliner chairs in a combined love seat. Kick back and enjoy our 65 inch Flat screen smart TV. Bring your sign on info for your favorite streaming apps available on our TVs. Master Suite has a king bed with Flat screen TV, a large walk in closet, and private bath with shower. The Guest Room has a king bed, double door closet, and adjacent bath with deep soak tub and shower.

Temporary Residents ID is $50 for two persons and payable directly to The Villages. This allows you access to all pools, rec centers, and grants golf privileges at all Executive courses with no charge. If you are riding, there is a small ($4) rider fee payable at the course. Or if you golf frequently, you can purchase a monthly trail fee for about $22 and this gives the two resident ID holders unlimited use of cart at all Executive courses for the entire month.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
This is three bedroom Lantana expanded stretch model. One bedroom locked and inaccessible.

Rental rates are for 2 adult occupants.
Additional guests - A fee of $180.00/per couple, per week (Approximate cost of 1 night stay in area hotels), will be charged if guests stay with you and must be approved by owners. All visitors staying in our home must be disclosed.

CANCELLATION POLICY / Refund Policy: If reservation is cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival date depending on months noted above, security deposit and any rental funds paid will be refunded less a $200 administration fee. If reservation is cancelled 60 days less from arrival date or during rental period as noted above, you are subject to 100% forfeiture of rental funds and or security deposit. The home share agreement will be released and we will make every effort to re-rent the home and refund as much as possible of the rental funds already paid, less a $200 admin fee. Cancellation of any part of your reservation will cancel the entire reservation.

All payments must be in US funds. Checks - personal, bank/cashier's check and money orders, Zelle or Venmo.

The rental fee includes Wi-Fi, internet TV, utilities, water, sewer, trash collection, lawn service and pest control.
