Access to Amenities: As a guest of The Villages, you will have access to a variety of amenities, including golf courses, swimming pools, fitness centers, recreational facilities, restaurants, and entertainment options.
Short Distance: Lake Sumter Town Square, grocery, pharmacies, mailing facilities, restaurants and major retailers.
Starter Supplies: Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand & dish soap, dishwasher & laundry detergent, cleaning supplies.
Linens and towels provided. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, nice dishes and all small appliances including Ninja blender, juicer, food processor, electric mixer, toaster oven.

RENTAL POLICY:

January, February, ONLY rented as a 2-month block of time (January - February, 2027 Available)

Other months, June - October minimum 2 mos. Discount for 3 successive months during this period

50% Rent due within 10 days of booking and signed rental agreement.

Remaining 50% Rent BALANCE and SECURITY DEPOSIT of $1,500.00 due 60 days prior to arrival.

The $1,500.00 security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival is (refundable within 25 days of departure minus $275.00 cleaning fee) after inspection of property reveals no damage to home or belongings. This will include return of garage door remotes, mail box key and security gate key.

If a reservation is made less than 60 days prior to check-in, the total amount will be due in 5 days.

$275.00 cleaning fee; there will be a minimum of $350.00 cleaning fee if animals or smoking are detected in the home.

Rental rates are for 2 adult occupants.
Additional guests - A fee of $180.00/per couple, per week (Approximate cost of 1 night stay in area hotels), will be charged if guests stay with you and must be approved by owners. All visitors staying in our home must be disclosed.

CANCELLATION POLICY / Refund Policy: If reservation is cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival date, security deposit and any rental funds paid will be refunded less a $200 administration fee. If reservation is cancelled 60 days or less from arrival date or during rental period, you are subject to 100% forfeiture of rental funds and or security deposit. The home will be released and we will make every effort to re-rent the home and refund as much as possible of the rental funds already paid, less a $200 admin fee. Cancellation of any part of your reservation will cancel the entire reservation.

All payments must be in US funds. Checks - personal, bank/cashier's check and money orders, Zelle or Venmo.

We recommend that you purchase trip insurance to protect your vacation investment in the event of illness or other life event requiring you to cancel your trip.

The rental fee includes Wi-Fi, internet TV, utilities, water, sewer, trash collection, lawn service and pest control.
No Pets OR Smoking Allowed
This is three bedroom Lantana expanded stretch model. The smallest middle bedroom locked and inaccessible as owner's.

NOT included is the OPTIONAL Temporary Resident ID (available for $50/couple, maximum 2 people, which allows renters the same privileges as a resident. Unlike the guest amenities card described above, this Temporary Resident ID entitles you to golf on executive courses, discounted rates on championship courses. You need to plan to pick this ID up in person at a Villages sales office after check in. Standard guest pass is at no charge.



The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
