Security/Damage Deposit: $1500.00 due within 3 days of booking & signing the rental agreement.
Full rental payment due 60 days prior to commencement of rental start date.
$50 fee for temporary resident ID (only needed to play golf, golf is with Villages fee). Guest ID's included at no charge. Allow you to attend all Villages activities except play golf.

Cancellation Policy: If reservation is cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival date, security deposit and any rental funds paid will be refunded less a $200 administration fee. If reservation is cancelled 60 days or less from arrival date or during rental period, you are subject to 100% forfeiture of rental funds and or security deposit. The home will be released and we will make every effort to re-rent the home and refund as much as possible of the rental funds already paid, less a $200 admin fee. Cancellation of any part of your reservation will cancel the entire reservation.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
This is three bedroom Lantana expanded stretch model. One bedroom locked and inaccessible.
